Play All Day

I am sooo in love with Play All Day by Scraps by Jenn available at Scrappity Doo Dah! Here's my layout. I did it for a challenge that had you putting tons of stuff on your layout. At first, I had a really hard time but towards the end, it all started coming together and now it's one of my favorites!

Kitchen

I LOVE these pics of Kate with her new kitchen at Christmas in 2007 so when this kit came out, I grabbed it up and did this adorable layout! The kit is My First Kitchen by A+ Designs and I used one of her templates from Bells Will Be Ringing.

Little Funnies

I am so excited I figured out a way to get all the funny things Kate said and did from my blog in 2008 onto a layout for her book. Of course, I'm sure she said and did a lot more funny things but these are the ones I took the time to write down! It was fun reading back over them! Yes, I covered her little hiny, it's just too cute for the internet! ;-) Click on it to see it larger. I made it with A Scrapdelic Design's Express Yourself. Alpha was a freebie by Charlie's Digiscraps.

Fun with eyes!

I played around with the Coffee Shop Action for brightening eyes tonight and then made this layout with the picture that resulted. I love how much more her beautiful blue eyes stand out! They are so blue in real life but the camera never quite captures them. This helped so much! I made this layout with Summer Breeze by A+ Designs.

Great kit and template

I got to work with an awesome kit and template today! The kit is It's a Small World by Scraps by Jenn and Studio RA. The template is from a great set of four templates called For Ali by AmyM and is only $1!

Mother's Day layout

I love this frame Kate made me so just had to showcase it in a layout! I used Mommy's Little Monster by Laurie's Scraps and the template for the right side is by Sabrina's Creations.

Busy

The creative bug bit me again over the last couple of days. Here's what I've been up to!

Last night, A+ did a really fun speedscrap. At the beginning, I thought I was going to hate my layout but suddenly it transformed and I actually like it now! I used Chris Greiser's Springish Notions.


I also did this friendship layout yesterday using A+ Designs' soon to be released kit, Fresh Country. These are Kate's playgroup friends, one she's known since they were newborns and the other two since they were 1 and they are all so close(as are their moms and I). I love this shot of them at the zoo.



I used Sarah Ellis' Hey Fishy Fishy for these layouts of Kate feeding the fish off the dock where my dad's boat is kept.

Back from vacation

Well, I'm back and trying to get up and running again. Here are two layouts I did today.

And one I did a couple of days ago using Zoo-licious by A+ Designs. This kit is ADORABLE!
